SSgt Valarie Kealoha

Staff Sergeant Valarie P. Kealoha serves as the NCOIC, Human Resource Administrator (HRA) for Air Force ROTC Detachment 105A at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). In this role, she manages key personnel programs and provides administrative support to Cadets and Cadre, ensuring accurate processing of records and actions in support of Cadet development.

Previously, SSgt Kealoha worked at Texas A&M University’s AFROTC Det 805, where she supported cadet lifecycle programs including in-processing, scholarships, and commissioning requirements for one of the nation’s largest detachments.

SSgt Kealoha enlisted in the United States Air Force in November 2016 and has experience in personnel and administrative operations. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus in September 2025.
